14.After receiving of the transportation services, both user and driver can rate each other based on the transportation journey between them (Messina et al. 2016). Both of them can provide of comments as well as feedback about the transportation services.

15.The mobile application has geo-location features information that is provided to the Yaara services via device to provide of transportation services. The geo-location information is being obtained by Yaara services while application of driver is running (Wu, Garg and Buyya 2015).
