I want to cancel my order

If you decide to cancel your order, ensure you do this as early as possible. The best time to cancel your order is before it is assigned to a writer or before the writer starts working on it. If the writer has not started working on your order, you can receive a 100% refund. Ensure you contact our support team as soon as possible to have your request processed shortly. 

If you cancel your order when a writer has started working on it and less than half of the deadline period has passed, you can receive up to a 75% refund. The remaining money will be paid to the writer for compensation of their effort and time.

In a case where you want to cancel your order and already half or more of the deadline period has passed, you can receive up to a 50% refund. The other 50% will be used to pay the writer for their time and effort. 

Note that it is impossible to cancel or receive a refund for your order if it has already been completed and delivered to your personal order page on time. For a paper that has been completed and delivered on time, you can only request a refund on quality concern by pressing on the “request free revision” button on your personal order page.

You can receive up to a 30% refund as long you have not approved you order and the circumstances of cancellation of your order were above your control. 

I paid for the same order twice

 If you realize you have been billed twice, contact us as soon as possible through live chat or call. You will be requested to send us the two receipts to enable us address the issue and process a full refund for you. You will receive a refund within the shortest time possible. 

I accidentally placed two identical orders

Contact us immediately if you find out that you have placed and completed payment for two identical orders so that we can cancel the extra order. This should happen as soon as possible before both orders are assigned to the writer. Such orders are regarded as regular orders and if not canceled early enough and the righter starts working on your order a standard refund procedure applies similar to a case where you want to cancel your order.

No writer was found to work on my order

Although this is a very rare case, it happens sometimes. In case a writer cannot be found to work on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible before time passes to give you time to sort help somewhere else. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund. 

It may happen that you want to have your paper revised by a different writer and we are unable to find the right person for the task. In this case, your claim will be directed to our Dispute Management Department who will review your request. A refund will be processed according to your request.

My paper was delivered late   

We always try our best to ensure all orders are delivered on time. In some very rare cases, your writer might not be able to deliver your paper on time due to some unavoidable circumstance such as illness or other emergencies. If this happens, we can re-calculate the price of your order according to the time the order is delivered. For example, if your order that was supposed to be delivered in 8 hours is delivered an hour later, it will fall in the 24 hours category and should cost less. The price will be re-calculated and the extra fee refunded to your account. If the lateness occurs with a long term order you can receive up to 7% refund upon request. 

In case you do not need the paper anymore due to the lateness you can request and receive a refund by clicking on the refund button on your personal order page. To receive a full refund DO NOT approve the order as you have no right to use the paper after requesting a full refund. In case you approve the order, getting a full refund becomes impossible.

In case the delay is caused by your lateness in uploading some of the materials that were to be used in processing your order or you delayed paying for your order your money will not be refunded. Always ensure you upload all the materials needed in processing your order as soon as you place the order. We are not responsible for delivering any order that has not been paid for and payment authorized. 

All lateness refund requests should be submitted within 14 days from the day the order was delivered by clicking on the “refund” button on your personal order page followed by a note on the same page.

The revision of my paper was late

All revision deadlines are set individually for each order and thus price re-calculations and delay refunds do not apply. Ensure you give your writer enough time to revise your order. When setting your order deadline, leave some time for a possible revision. For example, if your paper is to be delivered within 7 days, give your order a 5 day deadline. The two days will be enough for you to review your paper and request a revision if necessary. 

I am not fully satisfied with the quality of order delivered but I accept the paper and will revise it myself. Thus, I request a partial refund.

You reserve the right to request a free revision by clicking on the “request free revision” button on your personal order page if you are not fully satisfied with the order delivered. Your order can be revised by your writer or you can request to have a different writer assigned to work on your order.

In another case, you can decide to revise the paper and request a partial refund by clicking on the “refund” button on your personal order page and selecting “I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper delivered to me. I accept the order and will revise it myself. I request a partial refund”

After choosing this option, you will be provided with an MS word version of the paper. You will be expected to provide strong reasons and examples to support your claim within 14 days. You upload your revised version of the paper as supporting evidence. Your supporting documents will be reviewed and you can receive up to a 40% refund at the discretion of our Dispute Department. If you want to request a partial refund after approving the last version of your order, contact our support team through call, live chat or by sending a note to your personal order page. 

Failure to provide the supporting documents within 14 days will lead to cancellation of your dispute after which no refund will be possible. Partial refund requests should be submitted by pressing on the refund button on your personal order page within 14 days from the time the order is approved. Once the 14 days have passed, no refund is possible. 

I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper delivered to me and I have decided to write the paper myself. Thus, I request a full refund

You are free to request a free revision by pressing on the “request free revision” button on your personal order page. You can request us to assign the revision of your order to a different writer if you feel the first writer did not work on your order to your expectations. 

Alternatively you can request a full refund if you have not approved the initial order by pressing on the “refund” button on your personal order page and choosing “I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper delivered to me and I have decided to write it myself. I request a full refund”. 

After selecting this option, you will be provided with an MS word version of the paper and requested reasons and examples to support your claim within 14 days. You can upload a copy of your own version of the paper as supporting evidence showing that our writer was unable to follow the order instructions and thus the paper delivered did not meet any of your expectations. This paper will be reviewed and deleted immediately. After providing enough information to solve your dispute, you can receive a refund of up to 100% at the discretion of our Dispute Department. 

If you fail to provide the requested information within 14 days, your dispute will be canceled thus making any refund impossible. 

Our company reserves the right to publish your paper online for commercial purposes in case you receive a full refund. This is because we do not have a database for keeping such essays. When a paper is published online, it means that if it is searched on the internet using search engines or anti-plagiarism detectors, it will link back to our website. This paper can be published as a website content or as sample paper. We do this with the aim of protecting our writers from exploitative clients who request for a full refund after they have downloaded and used the paper. 

Once you have approved your paper by pressing the approve button on your personal order page, getting a full refund becomes impossible. This is because once the order is approved, it is made available in a printable and editable version. Progressive delivery order

Progressive delivery orders are long orders such as dissertations which are delivered in parts. Each part is delivered as soon as it is completed. The deadline for a revision request is limited to 21 days after the initial approval. Once the “approve button” on your personal order page is pressed and the writer starts working on the next part of your order, you cannot request a refund for the approved part but you can request a free revision within 21 days.  

You can only get a refund for a part that has not been approved as each part becomes non-refundable immediately you press the “approve” button on your personal order page. The Progressive Delivery fee which is usually a 10% of the cost is also non-refundable.

Sample service

We charge a fee of $5 if a client wants to review the samples of a certain writer. This mostly happens when a client wants to change the writer working on their order. If you request for a writer’s samples, it is your responsibility to check them on time. This is because you only have 2 hours from the time the samples are delivered to you to change the writer working on your order. Failure to request a change within the 2 hours is regarded as your acceptance of the initial writer.
