- The key issue in the Hilton hotel is increasing consumer turnover due to ineffective e-marketing strategy. These strategies can highly influence the consumer purchasing decision towards the products and services of the Hilton hotel(Jackson, and Ahuja, 2016).
- This investigation work is intended to analyze the impact of e-marketing on consumer purchasing decision.

– looking for search: appropriate and persistent features that persuade choice of the consumer when buying hotel services
– Not recognize: What consumer discover first in hotel service, what are the essential things for the customer when purchasing the services, accommodation of Hilton hotel can be a key factor to success (Elliot, Khazaei, and Durand, 2016).
– Management decisions: which features a corporation should involve in the hotel services in order to become competitive as well as successful
Why does it matter?
E-marketing is a significant strategy that a consumer looking for when making a purchasing decision. It must be demonstrative and respond to the need of customers if Hilton hotel wants its product to be sold and stay viable (Soliman, 2016).

For this research, both primary and secondary data collection method will be used. In this way, primary data will be used to gather the fresh and first hand along with secondary data will be used to pool the second-hand data that is already published by another researcher.
