Data Analysis
The study of the topic of role of effective time management in delivery industry has been developed by considering the role of the improved and effective information development. The effective time management has been helpful for easing the flow of activities of project and align it with the development of the improved formation and analysis. The service delivery industries are largely responsible for the continuation of the operations and development of the smart and effective project development.
The following study would involve the complete analysis of the variables of time management, employee performance, effectiveness of time management, and percentage of respondents. The study would involve the summary of the data collected from the survey and development of the effective report for further studies. The analysis would be deployed for easing the formation of the operations. The quantitative research methods for the data analysis would be done for ensuring the cohesive analysis of the improved operation and development. However, the data collected would be secondary data taken from authentic sources.
Data Analysis
The survey data (shown in Appendices) is helpful for aligning with the time management and it role in developing the effective implication management. The data analysis would be effectively for easing the formation of the final development of study for the effective time management and operations. The delivery industry would get the benefit of successful analysis of the operations. The successful integration of the factors would support the deployment of the improved and effective formation development.
The data analysis has shown that the interdependent workers have voted that the time management plays a crucial role in developing the effective and improved operation development. The relationship between the data variables (time management vs. employee performance and effectiveness of time management vs. percentage of respondents) of the survey has been collected and shown with the help of pie chart diagram and bar charts.

Research Methods
The research method for the research project of role of effective time management in delivery industry has been deployed for easing the utilization of the smart and effective report development for the assignment. The successive and effective research method of quantitative by taking secondary data analysis would be done. The website references of the data used for the analysis are given in the section of data sources. The analysis of the variables of time management, employee performance, effectiveness of time management, and percentage of respondents is being done for forming the co-relation between time variable and employee performances or effectiveness of time management and percentage of respondents.
Type of Data
Secondary data sources have been used for the study and it would allow the data analysis to be more authentic and effective. The proper development of the information would allow the system development and utilization of the specific implication development. The data is in form of questionnaire answers and survey results. The appendices section of the report would show the data accumulated along with their sources for the project.
The Gantt chart for the ‘Research Project on Role of Effective Time Management in Delivery Industry’ is developed using Ms-Project software. The following is the table comprising of project activities, start and end date of the project, and duration along with the linkage of the activities required for the development of the Gantt chart is shown below,

The project plan would involve the use of the effective tabular schedule and timeline for the development of the project plan. The project Gantt chart is shown below,
According to Sibley et al. (2016), the organizational management of the operations would be the main responsibility for the various managers. The inclusion of the time management for their project operations would support the inclusion of the supportive and advanced management process. The organizational development and improvement would be based on the evaluation of the improved project development. The formation of the successful time management would take care of the operations like e-learning process and progress (Nawrot & Doucet, 2014).
It could be utilized for the training of the employees for any new innovative technology and development. The successful time management would allow the successful implication of the operations. The utilization of the operations would also provide the utilization of the progressive development. Moreover, Dimitrova and Mancheva-Ali (2018) have provided an analysis for evaluating the role of improving the utilization of the improvements. The effective planning and time management would be utilized for easing the alignment of the successive development process. The time management would be aligned for easing the improved development process. Oettingen et al.
Research Methods
(2015) have formed an analysis for the implication of the self regulation and development of time management by the employees. The contrasting network of functions would be implied for easing the development of improved functional development. The regulation of working nature would allow the use of the innovation and technology improvement. An experimental study by Häfner, Oberst and Stock (2014) has resulted in listing the time management as the most effective method for dealing with the probable issues of the operations. The involvement of the time management process would allow the simplification of the process supporting the development of the improved functional development. The time management would allow the avoidance of the procrastination for easing the simplification development.
