This business research is imperative to gain an understanding of many research tools and techniques that could be imperative to make a reliable decision in the context of the matter. I decided to address the relationship between employee motivation and hospitality performance.
This business study was imperative for me as it developed my unique skills towards making the research proposal that was my first experience. I increased my understanding towards two kinds of research methods that facilitate to collect theoretical and statistical information about research issue. It also increased my awareness towards qualitative and quantitative approaches that support to investigate competencies and shape my personality effectively. Moreover, Assignment 2 was effective for improving my learning caused of continuing using business examination. I cannot have many effective discovering abilities that are needed to complete the research (Abraham, 2012).
For this project, I read and see lecture slides. For best understanding of the study, I discovered the research topic that i.e. the relationship between employee satisfaction and student grades. I also use YouTube videos that are related to the research process. I collected many videos of the expert and at the international level. For this course, I wrote two reports that were associated with literature review and research design (Boella and Goss-Turner, 2013).
This research was beneficial to increase my understanding of the data collection method and data analysis method that assist me to effectively conduct my research and get a reliable result. Furthermore, I also gained my understanding about the research limitation and timeframe that aids me to deeply manage the research activities and meet research aim and objectives (Jain, and Kaur, 2014).
I did different activities in assignment 1 and assignment 2. In assignment 1, I have developed my conceptual understanding regarding the impact of employee’s satisfaction on hospitality organization. In assignment 2, I did different activities such as the selection of sample, research methodology and development of time plan. These learning activities were required to complete the research aim and objectives on time (Brotherton, 2012).
The learning experience that I have gained through business research program has enabled me to manage my career in a proficient manner. There are different activities performed by me throughout the practical research that enables me to identify the impact of employee’s satisfaction on hospitality. I have increased my understanding with regards to two different variables i.e. employee’s satisfaction and hospitality. I have also gained my understanding regarding the Gantt chart that was beneficial for me to present the different activities on time. This learning experience would be beneficial for me to complete the activities on time in future (Frey, et al., 2013).
Conclusion
During the business research course, I have increased my theoretical and practical knowledge that makes me proficient to comprehend the techniques and development. It aids me to make further investigation in the future. All these understanding will provide support to me apply it in the future for business growth.
