Lizzie Leather belt Company has been expanding the business through developing a web portal that will be helping in connectivity with the customers available online. This will be helpful in reaching the customers globally and allowing them to avail the products and services being offered. This report highlights on the project management approach that will be helpful in delivering the objectives of the project, as it is one of the necessary element for the delivery of the project. Other crucial component of the project delivery is the teamwork and this report focuses on explaining the strengths and weaknesses of the teamwork.
According to Schwalbe (2015), for the development of the Web Portal, ‘Agile’ methodology can be suggested as the most appropriate approach for the successful development. Utilizing other approach could be more complex and leaving certain sectors those could affect the overall growth and development of the project. In manner to have higher efficiency, Agile was supposed to be better than other methodologies. Finkleman (2015) explained that the team would have many experiences as the team member will be different backgrounds and will be helpful in managing the different sectors of the job.
