1.1 Purpose of Project Management Plan

The purpose of the project management plan is to develop a precise and accurate project plan that will be followed by every individual within the team and manage the operational activities as per the planning. This will be helpful in delivering the project in an efficient and effective manner.

This charter will be highlighting the major constraints of the project that could be followed for the successful and efficient delivery of the project. 3.3 Change Control Management

The purpose of the change control management will be to manage and implement the changes those are necessary for the management and enhancement of the standard and quality of the project.

Change request will be forwarded to the manager or by the manager to the heads in manner to take proper decision-making and highlighting the beneficial aspects of the introduced change. The head of the project will be responsible for approving the requested change and further changes will be implemented and further evaluated.

2.1 Assumptions/Constraints

The project deliveries will be continuously monitored in manner to evaluate the quality and thereafter, changes will be implemented considering the enhancement in the standard and quality of the project.

Effective and efficient communication plan will be proposed considering the continuous and regular conversation on the topics related to the ongoing operational activities of the organization. The manager would be emphasizing on the availability of the resources those are necessary for the delivery of the project.
