Purpose |
The main purpose of the work is to relocate the existing Mawson Zoo. The current location of the zoo is in an outskirt location thus due to lack of communication and logistic issues the food and other materials are failing to be transferred to the desired location. In order to provide the animals a more sustainable as well as healthy living location the zoo committee has decided to relocate the existing location of the zoo. The structured set of work activities represents that the work load from the project team members has been reduced and distributed accordingly. Scope of Work |
The scope of the project is to choose and analyse a new location where the zoo will be relocated. It is determined that, professional project team members can develop supportive healthy ambiance where all the animals can live a healthy life. Period of Performance |
It is exceed that the project will need around 6 months for the successful completion. There are specific starting and finishing dates that are 9/11/2018 to 02/25/2019. Though this is the estimated time but this is not mandatory that the planned cost will be similar to the actual cost. However, it is the role f the project team members to design the system is such a way so that it can be completed within estimated period. |
