Intelligence is not related to knowledge but it more about imagination. There are various theories related to intelligence, in Gardner’s theory of intelligence it was stated that there are different educational system and everyone has a different style of learning.  The idea of learning cannot be treated as intelligence in a person; it is dependent on how a person solves the problem in different scenario (Brualdi, 2017). Intelligence depends on bio psychological potential of a person.

  • In garden’s principal, there exists several intellectual intelligences but for now we are discussing about ‘The personal intelligence’ that covers the interpersonal behaviour of an individual (Niu.edu, 2018). This involves understanding the emotional behaviour of a person sitting next to us by his/her feelings. Other than that it also covers the ‘intrapersonal intelligence’ of an individual it is the ability of a person to know about his/her emotions and feelings. This intelligence helps in understanding others in a better and a closely manner (Sisk, 2016).
  • This intelligence could be used when a person is sitting in a group and the neighbour sitting next to his/her is depressed or sad. The person should know that there is something wrong in the emotions of a person hence, he/she should take steps to console and bring him in better mood. This could be done by involving them in the group or motivating them to remove the negative impact of emotions on them (Mayer, Panter & Caruso, 2017). It is  not just about the person sitting next to us, sometimes an individual feel the change in the  pattern of behaviour that may be a positive mood swing or a negative, in that case personal intelligence is used to solve the problem to describe the individual and provide an anticipation for future behaviour.
  • There are several other type of intelligence that contributes in improving the impact of personal intelligence is linguistic intelligence as it deals with playing with the language and expressing the emotion of wellbeing in a better and an effective manner. It can be used as a way to express emotions and behavioural patterns. In addition to this strong linguistic knowledge helps in solving the personal as well as intra-personal issues by linking the problem and the reasoning of the solution (Mikaeili & Ghaffari, 2016). This method is useful as it includes the capability to influence the person who is suffering from outburst of emotions by using motivational words and creative language to change the emotion of one person.

Thus it can be stated that intelligence of a person totally depends on the capacity to solve a problem. Intelligence can be in any field it could be logical-mathematical intelligence which deals with solving the problem logically. Spatial intelligence of a person reflects the ability to solve the problem by creating mental images. Thus there exist various types of learning that results in synaptic connections in different parts of the brain. Lastly, it can be stated that Gardner’s states that intelligence of a person relies completely on its potential as every individual have a unique blend of capabilities and skills.

In the development phase of children the child should remain happy and healthy. Development of child depends on social an emotional behaviour of the surroundings.

  • Social and emotional behaviour is nearly about knowing how to manage the relations and feelings among different people. This behaviour supports the child to cope up with all difficult situations and avoid any disease.

Social and emotional behaviour reflects the ability of child to recognize the emotions of others and built strong connections in the society (California learning & development foundations, 2018). It is important to have a positive social and emotional behaviour among the children as they reflect their success.

The social and emotional behaviour helps an individual to improve the self as well as social awareness. Thus it can be stated that social-emotional improvement includes the all the experiences of child and also includes way regarding how to manage the emotions (Actforlibraries, 2017). This could be done by establishing a positive relationship with others by both intra- and interpersonal process.

  • The social behaviour of the child completely relies on the emotions of a person as social behaviour can be defined as a way in which an individual interact with others. The way a person interacts with other depends on their emotional thoughts. For example when a child is a having a positive emotion with respect to its friends it will pursue a positive behaviour like hugging or shaking hands. On the other hand, if a person has negative emotions regarding the other individual they will find ways to put them down in front of everyone (Chowdhury, 2017). Thus it can be started that the social behaviour of a person is the reflection of their emotional wellbeing. Several examples that reflect the impact of emotions on social behaviour are child weaving in a crowd is not social behaviour. Social behaviouris a behaviour that is taken in the society or between groups of people that includes predation of the behaviour of an individual member of different social culture (Sampson, 2017).
  • The emotion of a person can be improved by physical activities because there is a connection between what a person thinks and how they react. Thus physical activities can play a major role in improving the capability to think in a positive way. Depression is a common emotion seen in the development phase of child’s they could be reduced by practising physical activities (Bornstein & Bradley, 2014). Thus it was researched that simplifying the routine can help in going a long way by strengthening the emotions and physical health. Considering an example regarding how the emotions impact the physical health of a person. It is important to know that the emotional development in a child’s life depends on the physical activities as it helps in developing a well-rounded child. It is true that emotions impact the health of a child as in the research finding it was stated that when a child stay stressed or depressed for a long period of time they are found to suffer from some severe chronic disease especially they develop mental health problems which in turn can cause various other problems (Rilling & Young, 2014). On the other hand when a child remains happy they tend to develop strong social connection in the society which will improve their personal health (Carroll, Daly & Begley, 2016).

It can be concluded that the emotions of a person at every stage reflects its development weather the development is seen in social behaviour or in physical health. Emotions are directly related to the fact how a person will grow (Tran, Van Berkel, Van Ijzendoorn & Alink, 2017) . If a person carries positive emotions they will grow in a healthy way otherwise it would reflect in negative health of the child. Physical activities do help in building positive growth among individual.
