Before executing a critical task, a person needs to contact or communicate with three different contemporaries, because they have made the team in order to complete the task. When the listeners make communication or speak in different language it becomes critical for the person to understand and respond accordingly. In this the content of the message has to be impressive and effective. According to Berlo’s model of Communication the emotional aspect of the message is crucial for the effective result. This communication model operates on the basis of SMCR structure. In SMCR, S stands for Structure, M stands for message, C stands for Channel and R stands for Receiver. For this report a blend of both Aristotle and Berol’s model of communication are used.

Ethical communication is an idea through which an individual’s or a group’s behaviour are administrated by the moral which is responsible in affecting the communication. In general an ethical speaking communication process deals with a good presentation any type of conversation. An unethical communication can affect an organization negatively that can hamper the relationship with the stakeholders as unethical communication create disrespect to the people, and apart from this it can hamper the integrity as well.

Making an effective organization structure includes setting up a proper hierarchy that wil able to meet all the business objectives and goals. Through focusing on the customers’ satisfaction a business can eliminate unnecessary costs related to the ineffective infrastructure. Identifying the customer needs with the help of the team members and create an effective strategy is important for an organization. Organizing the business according to the customer is very helpful as each customer establishes demand for different types of product and services.

Almost all of the companies have their own policies and regulations that are responsible to govern them in order to maintain the security for the customer information. This process makes the organizations understand what type of customer data can be shared in the meetings and what types of data cannot be shared.
