User Requirements and Survey Methods
Design aNetwork For Sports Complex And Collect User Requirements And Verification And Validation Of Your Project Plan.
Information and communication network technology developments have changed individual’s lifestyle in several aspects. LAN and WAN are widely used in computer network, play more and more important role in sports complex design. Design of the sports complex seeks to improve the advantage of ICTs i.e. information and communication technologies, with new innovation available at every time [1]. At the same manner, network design developer needs to gain and understand the needs and requirements of users, management and other staffs members. Thereby the present report is mainly deals with the designing an effective network design for sport complex through evaluation of the requirements of users, administrators and staffs members.
User’s requirements are needed for any project mainly designing the network for sports complex. A better user requirement procedure helps the organization to execute project in successful manner and very less chance to project fails. In order to design successful network planning and designing for sports complex survey methods implemented that helps them to find out the needs or requirements in successful manner [5]. User’s requirement mainly includes the functional and non-functional requirements. In the development of questionnaires methods management and staffs members are included that provide the requirements for sports complex.

From the findings and analysis of the information through questionnaires methods, it is found that the information that is collected through data collection methods is adequate to design an effective and user-friendly network for sport complex. From the user’s perspective it is found that the network design has an ability to access multiple devices at a time and protect their information in successful manner. Moreover, user’s requirement reveals that they can access the network through its mobile or portable devices. From the management point of view it can be found that the design system is password protection and needed to better monitor devices. Moreover, from the staff’s point of view it can be seen that they needed to wireless devices and they also concerned with that data protection. From the questionnaires methods it can be found that the uses main requirements is that system is able to handle multiple users at a time and also has an ability to access information through portable devices. Therefore from the evaluation and findings it is seen that in order to design network in more successfully manner, network designer needs to focus on this requirements. The findings and analysis shows that in order to attacks customers as well as enhance the performance of the sports complex network design, network designer needs to incorporate an effective design approach as well as also focused on that it is ease of use and attractiveness.
Technical Requirements
From the findings and analysis, the technical requirement of the network for sport complex is illustrated in below;
Technical requirements |

Verification of the data is a way of ensuring the users requirements in other word; it would help the organization to make sure that network designer does not make any mistake while executing the project. Validation procedures mainly includes that what the user’s needs to input. Validation methods is mainly ensuing the input information to ensure it conforms to data needed to the system to reduce data error [5]. Verification and validation of the data is most vital tasks for network designer. After successfully collection of the information through user, management and staffs members, the information is submitted from various stakeholders of the organization. This procedure not only helps to verify the information in successful manner but also helps to improve increase the performance. Inappropriate information would lead the performance and poor decision [2],[4].
The main objective is to provide an effective and use friendly network design for sports complex which helps the users to access information and internet services in successful manner. Designing sports complex networking design is presently largest closed loop system in information technology and networking era, continuously increasing several nodes [6]. The following table shows that the application requirements of the network design for sports complex.

In order to execute the network in successful manner Star topology network is selected in present project. The main benefit associated with the project is each node is easily access the information from the server [7]. The network design of sports complex is illustrated in below;
The present network i.e. sport network complex implements EIGRP i.e. enhanced interior gateway routing protocols. The main purpose of the implementation of this protocol in present network is that it provides automatic routing decision as well as configuration. EIGRP protocols are mainly utilized on routers and share with other routers in same network. Apart from that, the network also implements RIP protocol that helps to transfer the information between routers in effective manner [4]. RIP routing protocols implementing distance routing methods as well as calculate hops between one to other destination. The main benefit of the implementation of this protocol in present network is that it automatically sent information to all other routers and higher network throughput. The main application of RIP protocol is that it required less work for administrator. In addition to this, RIP support load balancing as well as loop free.
Conclusion
From the evaluation and findings it is seen that in order to achieve or design an effective network for an organization it is most vital to determine the user’s expectation from the network. Moreover the findings also show that star topology helps the users to access information in ease manner. From the discussion it can be observed that implementation of the RIP protocols as well as EIGRP protocols within the network helps the organization to send information from one routers to other routers in successful manner.
