In order to benfit from the concept different data has to collected and working should be very much accurate so that the model would be beneficial. According to me, the model can be stated as a technique, which can be used for building various plausible view, which is relating to the possible futures for the business. Key Competencies of Business Analysts

The SWOT analysis can be considered as one of the most popular strategic model of analysis. The concept, which is involved into the concept, looks directly into the aspect of weakness and strength of the business capability and any of the threat and opportunity to the business. Ones the identification of the entire concept are done the access to how to capitalize on the strengths and minimize the effect of the weakness. The main consideration which should be taken in this aspect should be make the best of the opportunity and reduce the overall factor of threats (Ahmed and Matulevi?ius 2014).

Its is very much important to remember that the various factors which are considered as opportunity can also become threat. This is due to the factor that the competitors undermining the position of the organization could dominate new market. Equally, it can be stated that the threats can also be opportunity for example a competitor growing quickly and opening a new market for the similar product or service could means that the market expands too. The concept of SWOT analysis can provide a clear basis relating to the examining the business prospects and performance. It can be used as a process of regular process of reviewing or in the concept of presentation for raising the financial or bringing the consultants for the review. Ones the overall information is collected regarding the threats, external opportunity and external opportunity it should be plotted down in a table.

The main aim should be the attainment if the competitive advantage by an organization depends on the concept how the organizational knowledge is being exploited and applied. This concept is not done taking into consideration the knowledge of the organization has. In actual it can be stated that the aspect of establishing a coherent and integrated knowledge management would be directly helping the organization in outer performing its competitors. The Relationship between organizational strategy and knowledge audit plan can be seen that knowledge audit, knowledge strategy and knowledge management are very much interrelated concepts which must be looked collectively to unsure that they are aligned and very much supporting the business strategy of an organization. These types of outcome may influence the knowledge audit sector taking Into consideration roles, people, culture, leadership and technology. On the other hand it can be stated that the concept of the knowledge management on an organization may influence the environment of the knowledge in terms of how the people communication and share the knowledge as well on the part of the behavior and cultural rules.

Core Skills of Business Analysts

The role, which is played by the data analyst, can be considered very much important due to the formation of the basic infrastructure of working of the organization. It can be stated here the business analyst take into consideration all the factors which are related to the working of the team which is working under him. The leadership concept can be very much justified in the concept of the business analyst due to the factor that most of the decision which play a vital role in the working of the project depend upon the data analyst and all the major decision are taken from their end.

I have known from the study that the role of the data analyst is not restricted to one major area. It covers a large area, which basically involves all the important aspect which play a very vital role in the overall working of the organization. The leadership aspect role drives the decision making power which is applied to the concept of the internal working of the organization (Patwardhan et al. 2016). The team building aspect provides the facility, which provisions the building up of the team, which would be involved in the overall working of the organization.

The business analyst is directly responsible for the growing of the team, which is in the same sector of analytics. Manager basically spend a lot of time in the approach of recruiting by means of looking into resumes , conducting personal interview and helping the organist ion to build up a proper infrastructure. The data analyst does not only look for a proper analysis skill person but he has the power of tuning in the strategic need of the organization, seeking out the candidates that are right for the culture. Hiring of a good talented person can be considered as a starting point of the task of the analyst. He has the role of putting the candidate into a proper place, which would be making him successful. The concept of developing the on board new business analyst can be considered as one of the aspect which is relating to the team management role of the business analyst.

Taking into consideration the aspect of leadership the business analyst can benefit from the concept of meeting with one to one with the clients. A good approach for this sort of meeting is to take the major important decision, which would be beneficial for the organization and helping them to excel in their field of expertise. Other topics that are used for the concept of validating may include the approach of the work, relation that is between the other project stakeholders and estimating both efforts expectation. These all concepts fall under the leadership power of the data analyst.

This scenario is mainly faced when a business analyst is assigned to a new project. The business analyst can sometimes think of the expectation, which is applied upon him, the main deliverables that is expected from the data analyst. There are mainly eight steps, which focus on the concept of the understanding of the business context relating to the role of the data analyst.

I can stated in the context of the understanding of the business context that most of time the business analyst have an idea of the overall working of the project which they would be given power into. On the other hand, sometimes they would be requiring some external knowledge, which would be involving some external time involvement.

The eight steps, which is related to the aspect of managing the understanding of the business context, are stated below:

  • Get oriented: often the business analyst are expected to drive into the overall working of a project and start the contribution of the project from the day one. This can be considered as an aspect due to the need of positive impact of the project from the initial stages. On the other hand it can be stated that sometimes the business analyst do not have idea about the project and its working in such a case it would be requiring some time.
  • Discovery of the primary business objectives: In most of the cases it is seen that the business analyst jump into the concept of defining the scope of the project. Majorly this can lead to different types of problem.
  • Requirement: The requirement of the project should be taken into consideration by the business analyst at the start of the project so that in a later stage it would not be creating any type of problem in the aspect.

Elicitation can be considered as one of the areas that is extremely simple yet extremely complex. According to the BABOK 2.2, it can be stated that it is simple but within this short task the detailing is in the techniques and that is where it can be starting to look complex.

I have learned from the concept that the role, which is played by the business analyst, can be considered restriction with the implementation of ideas which are not so much beneficial from the point of reaching to the exact need of the customer (Sekaran and Bougie 2016).

There are nine elicitation techniques, which is defined in the BABOK for the concept of the business analyst, which are:

  • Document analysis
  • Brainstorming
  • Interface analysis
  • Observation
  • Focus group
  • Observation
  • Prototyping
  • Survey / questionaries’
  • Requirement workshop.

Many of the new business analyst should be using all of the above techniques and worry about the are not getting elication right. The relation between the elicitation can be considered to be very much informal due to the factor that most of the time they would be getting the vital information through the concept of casual conversation.
