Whereas, Queen’s terminal mall is located at 207 Queen’s Quay West, Toronto Ontario M5J, Canada. It is one of the average shopping mall located at the shore of Ontario Lake, nearby Lake Shore Boulevard which gives pleasant view for the customers and passengers. The Inuit Art Museum and a Premiere Dance Theater are in its surrounding area. It also has a small park next to it.

CF Toronto Eaton center is located at the center of the city. It is the biggest shopping mall of the city, with several floors. The north side of the mall has Dundas subway station and south side has Queen Subway station. It has entrance at both sides, so people can directly enter into the mall. It is also quite pretty to see with huge array of shops, restaurants and it is one of the historic mall with glass ceiling. It is a great place for the tourists. Queens’s Quay terminal is also a shopping mall and it is located near Harbour front terminal with amazing scenery and boats going forth and back. It has collection of eclectic shops and restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. The building’s right beside would be a great place. It is a good place to check out in the summer. But, the tourists are not attracted by place due to high parking cost. It is a great place for bike riding, jogging and for strolling in front of the lake (“Queen’s Quay Terminal”).

Also, the retail shop like Queen’s Quay Terminal has building with levels for restaurants and retail. It has one level for car parking above the retail. It creates more focused office development including a new entrance and lobby. This retail strip is surrounded by various greenhouses and buildings. The main purpose is to provide the needs of the customer like food and cheaper groceries.

CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the ancillary retail system has vast area which covers various shops in large number i.e., it comprises of more than 250 shops (“CF Toronto Eaton Centre”). Whereas, Queens Quay Terminal has beautiful view due to Harbour front terminal. Despite of its attractive location, this place is rarely attended due to parking issues.

CF Toronto Eaton Centre is both an office and a shopping complex. It is managed and owned by Cadillac Fairview (“CF Toronto Eaton Centre – Toronto.Com”). It attracts most visitors of Toronto, and thus is a tourist attraction spot. The complex contains four office buildings and Ryerson University ted Rogers’s school of management. It has eight story sear location within the Toronto Eaton Centre. It also has lower four floors for retail stores and upper four floors for house and headquarters (“CF – Toronto Eaton Centre | Tourism Toronto”).

Queen’s Quay Terminal retail strip is a shopping mall complex on Queen’s quay. It has cold storage warehouse facility. It also has Art Deco facility houses and it is a shopping mall that includes a Sobeys grocery store. It also maintains many offices in the building. The Queen’s Quay building is not strategically managed and planned. All the stores and restaurants’ follow same design layout. But, the ancillary retail under CF Toronto Eaton Centre was more crowded when compared to Queen’s Quay Terminal retail strip.

Hence, large number of people are seen near CF Toronto Eaten Centre. Thus, both the retails are described based on their characteristics and people present around it. Moreover, CF Toronto Eaton Centre has chain link with other amenities like the Storey Marriott hotel, skywalk and bay. Especially on weekends, the area around Toronto Eaton Centre is very much crowded right.

The total stores present in ancillary retail are 330 and almost 40 percent of the stores are retail chains with 60 percentage of independent stores. Whereas, Queen’s Quay Terminal retail strip has 0 percent retail stores, and has 100 percent independent shops. Mostly, people come to CF Toronto Eaton Centre for shopping new trendy clothes, and this is the main reason for increase in crowd in this location. This Centre ensures to bring new trendy arrival to attract more people.  It is also a perfect spot for the book lovers and to have a trendy hair style, as it contains book stores and famous saloons too. It is a place where more number of kids are found due to restaurants and gaming centers. Queen’s Quay Terminal retail strip only contains gift shops, food courts and theatre. It does not have any clothing stores and only visitors visit this place. Therefore, successful comparison is completed based on the two retails.
