In this situation, there is absence of any audit test that could ensure the accuracy of sales on cash or such sales are recorded correctly. Due to the absence of such confirmation, it is not possible for the auditor to initiate the audit work. Therefore, by taking into account these aspects, no opinion could be expressed by the auditor in this situation.
