According to current process of JCR it has been identified that information system of this organization was not validate that means system needs improvement. The overall information collection system was very time consuming and complex. Business process improvement also provides the organization higher competitive advantages in operating market.
Various tools such as the six-sigma, Total Quality Management, Kaizen mainly helps to improve the overall business process. In present days the majority of organizations are using various upgraded tools and techniques for business process improvement. The Jordan cancer Registry is using new strategies and design to achieve business process improvement effectively. Use of Role Activity Diagramming process also helps JCR in improving its data collection and other additional functions of that system was very effective for cancer screening analysis. Enhance the information quality and comparison of data against other laboratories and hospitals will enhace the service quality of JCR leads to get more competitive advantages.

The advancement of technology has changed the overall management system leads to effective organizational development (Mendling et al., 2018). Apart from that, Electronic data submission process will reduce the time of operation and will also maintain data accuracy. Implementation of RAD modeling also helps the organizations in cancer screening and analysis that will also help this organization to achieve its goal effectively. Apart from that use of Role-Activity Diagramming process mainly coordinates and interacts within a process so that it will improve my technical skill further (López-Pintado et al., 2017). The major activity of RAD is to recognize the business process in an effective manner. The high implementation cost is the main challenges of this system and organization needs experienced technical persons to manage the overall technical process perfectly.

Before implementation of Role activity Diagramming process the JCR also faced different organizational problems related to collection of information and use of traditional data collection system also increased the time and cost. For that reason to get more competitive advantages this organization needs to implement digital technology to improve overall service quality leads to achieve more customer satisfaction. RAD is an urgent tool to support the information system and analyses the overall business process in an effective manner (Alotaibi & Liu, 2017). Use of upgraded technology will help me to represent the roles and activities of the current process perfectly. Using of this process generally, provide the organization validate outcome.
Role Activity Diagramming (RAD)
This process mainly indicates the structural analysis and modeled an extended investigation process. The overall structural process will help me to recognize the complexity of this tools and use of RAD models is necessary to identify the roles and activities of the organization effectively. The RAD model is responsible for improving the current organizational position by redefining the interaction and activities of present complex arrangements (Chang, Srirama & Buyya, 2017). This particular study is urgent to identify the invalidated data, the discovery of cross-functional boundaries that are urgent for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the current process.
During Implementation of technology or Role Activity Diagramming tools, it is important for all the organization to evaluate its current position such as strength and weakness and that is vital to recognize the upcoming threats and opportunities perfectly.
Nowadays both public and private organizations are using advanced tools and technology to improve the overall performance of the organization and use of upgrade technology also provide the organizations huge competitive advantages in operating market. Organizations need to implement high-quality management information system to connect between the departments efficiently otherwise it can create material misstatement during financial reporting (López-Pintado et al., 2017). For that reason, the organization needs an effective workforce and experienced technical person to manage the overall operation swiftly. Another function of the management communication system is to manage the reporting system, sales and marketing system, process control system, inventory control system, Human resource management etc.
That means implementation and gathering knowledge with a view to effective business process management will enhance the skills of all the employees further leads to manage the overall organization in an efficient manner. Management Information System provides the manager detail performance of the organization and it is urgent for trend analysis (Alles, Brennan, Kogan, & Vasarhelyi, 2018). Access of accurate information also helps higher management in decision-making process.
After implementation process it is urgent to monitor the overall process efficiently to recognize the defects and weakness. Post implementation monitoring will reduce the chances of risk and will provide the organization sustainable improvement. The business activity monitoring system mainly check the real-time performance and it is incorporated with Key performance indicators that help managers to improve the business performance quickly (Snihur, Thomas & Burgelman, 2018).
Tools and Techniques for BPM Efficiency
Identification of various business level policies and business behaviour is essential to understand the overall business environment and that will help the decision making leads to handle the toughest situation in an efficient manner. This particular study will improve the communication and management skills and it will enhance the skill of employees further. The process automation system is the part of Business process management and the main function of this tool is to trigger the process efficiency such as resource allocation in the company, manage quality and cost-effectively (Mendling et al., 2018). This particular system also reduces the overall expenses of the organization so that gathering skill with a view to these tools also helps to manage the business process in a cost-effective way.
All the business organization wants to expand their Business in other emerging countries to increase profitability as well as the brand image for that reason implementation of advance business process software generally improves the overall working excellence of the organization and that is urgent to make organizational changes efficiently (Di Francescomarino, Ghidini, Maggi, Petrucci, & Yeshchenko, 2017). This specific system also helps the Human resource managers in measuring the performance of employees and on the basis of the requirements organization conduct training program to develop the skill and knowledge of employees leads to better operation.

Business process model usually refers to the set of activities that helps to manage the day to day operations in an effective manner. The major examples are the identification of issues, analyze the issue, proper decision making, implementation of the strategy and evaluate the performance (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). This study also enhances my knowledge with a view to business process models and that is essential to mitigate all the organizational issues in an effective manner.
This study also indicates the corporate governance and policies of an organization and identifies the corporate governance and follow each and every organizational policy will also help the management to maintain effective corporate culture leads to improve employee satisfaction rate as well as increase the rate of employee retention.
Identification of business process is important for me and I can implement these strategies in future to get validate outcome from my business. in future to get validate Finally Implementation of upgrade technology and information system will help JCR to improve their services and analytical skills during research development work. Improved service quality and access of accurate information will help management to achieve organizational objectives perfectly.
