The issues that are identified while carrying out the tasks are:
- There is not effective communication in between the team as well as the stakeholders. This reduces the team progress and performance.
- The team also lacks in group performance as more time is taken to complete the complete all the processes that were planned while developing the information system.
- The team lacks in maintaining the budget of the planning as more time is required for completing the project (Post, 2015).
- The company gives a customization to the customers for the manufactured products. This might increase the price of the product.
- There are issues that are also related with the marketing planning for the company. The marketing strategies should be defined clearly from the beginning of the plan because there are many strategies that should be maintained while carrying out the plan.

For mitigating the issues of the above mentioned issues, the steps can be taken are mentioned below:
- The team may conduct brainstorming session which may include ideas as well as the solutions for mitigating the management problem within the team.
- The team should always encourage ideas which is included in brainstorming session. There should be rules that are to be set (Eys et al., 2015).
- Brainstorming session also involves taking ideas from all other people which may trigger the enhancement of the company.
- Quality should also be considered over quantity which involves coming up with new ideas.
- There should be proper communication process that should be carried out for developing a proper plan and implementing the software successfully.

Meeting Agenda
Issues Concerned |
Problems with carrying out performance Plan |
There is not effective communication in between the team as well as the stakeholders (Tekleab et al., 2016). This reduces the team progress and performance. |
All the actions that are involved with carrying out the performance plan are not involved in the table. |
The team also lacks in group performance as more time is taken to complete the complete all the processes that were planned while developing the information system. |
Second problem that comes while developing the performance plan is that as all the activities are not completed, it is difficult to state the Key Performance Index of the activities involved (Salas et al., 2015). |
The team lacks in maintaining the budget of the planning as more time is required for completing the project. |
Problem also came while communicating with the team members. |
Achievement of Team Goals and Issues Encountered
Team goals that have been achieved include the following.
- The team worked as one unit and helped each other throughout the course of the work (Tekleab et al., 2016). During formation of the team, it was specified to each of the team members that team work would be essential in managing each and every one of the activities in the entire work.
- All of the team members essentially helped each other whenever any technical problem or issue was faced by any of the team member.
The issues encountered were as follows.
- Monitoring the work of each of the team members was not effective as the members were involved in different complex tasks at the same time.
- There were a few conflicts between some of the team members related to the scope of work.
Achievement of Team Cohesion
Team cohesion is considered to an essential requirement for a group work or project. In this particular work, all the team members have performed excellently well in order to build suitable team cohesion that was necessary (Salas et al., 2015). Based on the performances of the team members in maintaining team cohesion, suitable rewards will provided to each and every one of them that will reflect their effort in the group work.
Participation in the Team Meeting
All team members are required to take part in the team meeting. The main emphasis of the meeting is to gather ideas from each and every one of the team members that will help to enhance the course and quality of work during this group venture. Hence, participation of all the members is required and during the meeting, each member will be allowed to express their ideas within a specified time period.
Model for Effective Team Behavior
In order to resolve team issues, a specific step by procedure needs to be followed. The steps are listed as follows (Tekleab et al., 2016).
Step 1: Identify the issue
Step 2: Identify the source of the issue
Step 3: Analyze the impact of the issue on the actual work
Step 4: Determine whether this issue is simple or complex
Step 5: Identify possible solutions to the issue
Step 6: Implement the most feasible and suitable solution
Performance Problems and Solutions
Some of the major performance problems that have encountered include the following (Mathieu et al., 2015).
- Some of the team members were not able to complete their work within the specified time period.
- Some team members delivered poor quality work due to insufficient technical expertise.
- Some of the team members did not work as per requirements in spite of having good technical understanding and skills.
Some proposed solutions to the performance problems are listed as follows.
- Team members were allowed to get adapted to their work for sufficient time so that they slowly learn the work and increase the speed of their work (Mathieu et al., 2015).
- Some training sessions were undertaken in order to increase the technical expertise of the workers.
- Team members who deliberately did not perform their work and jeopardized the actual work were removed from the team with replacements brought in as required.
Resolving Issues during Meeting
There are some problems that can be resolved through the meeting itself. This particular team is accommodating and will allow the workers to learn through mistakes so that they produce good quality work. Some of these problems are listed as follows.
- Some workers may find it hard to adapt to the team due to unknown team members as well as complex work orders. As a result, they often provide poor quality of output or leave before the work order is completed (Tekleab et al., 2016). These workers will be encouraged and given more time to adapt so that they feel friendly even in the new environment and will slowly improve on their works. The motivation process can be undertaken in the meetings itself and they can be appraised for whatever their achievement is during the work.
- Some workers are not technically skilled enough and hence, even after providing sufficient effort in the work, fail to keep up to the expectations in the project. These workers will also be provided with encouragement and during team meeting, they will asked about the problems they are facing and what type of technical problem that are mainly bothered about (Salas et al., 2015). Accordingly, some training modules can be developed in which, technical lessons will be provided to each of the workers.
