Builder’s Bill And Estimate: Construction Cost For A Cottage
1.Preliminaries
The following project bill of quantities has been done on behalf of our clients Mr and Mr Education. The project is to be located at 14 Hemmings Street in Penrith NSW. It entails design and construction of a low rise residential building as per various Australian building standards and codes.
