 The conference is design to encourage the conversation between the representatives and the participants. The themes covered under conference are Pedadogy and curriculum, wellness, sports and coaching, and technology in PE.  The location of the conference is 1 red hill road Tai Tam, Hong Kong. It covers certain events like 21CHLK, GELS, APPEC, and Teach Meets. The stakeholders of the event include over 331plus attendees and 156 international private schools have participated in the event. It included the local council members of the country and the participants were scattered from 30 countries. The major participants who attended the event were physical education and the sports teachers of the leading private and international schools of the Asia pacific region (21st Century learning international, 2017).

Stakeholders are the individuals or group of individuals who gets affected from the outcomes of the event. They actively participate in the event from either outside or inside the event. The critical issues faced by the organizers were to have proper flow information among all the schedule activities to secure the interest of the participants and assuring that proper facilities are given to the participants. The main issue was the attendance of the participants that the organizer faces and staying on the track was the critical issue. The problem faced by the organizers of the event is the shrinking budget as planning, implementation of the event leads to shrinking of the budget, and the budget increases due to application of various activities. The implementations of the activities must be in line to pre-determined schedule to avoid the delay in implementation (BB Blanc, 2018).
