1.Case Study:
FastDrivers is a new organization in the driving lesson service provider industry. The organization requires to be competitive and quick in managing processes. The organization is looking forward to implement a website which will be accessed by the customers. The customer will book their driving lessons through the website. FastDrivers will need to collect the information from the website and store into a secured place. In order to perform the internal operations, these set of information are extremely essential. The organization need to implement a technology that will handle the user management method. The customer cannot book a service without logging in. The system will automatically track the instructor and lesson booking details. At the time when a customer tries to book a driving lesson, the proposed technology will validate all the inputted data and process the booking details.
The information system will provide the following benefit to FastDrivers.
- The system will assist the organization to implement emails, instant messaging, video and voice. These communication mediums will allow the organization to have much efficient communication organization in lower cost.
- The system implementation will assist FastDrivers to break the boundaries of language, geographical position and cultures effectively. The information sharing around the organization will be much effective and quicker.
- The organization website and internal sub system will be available 24*7. The customers can communicate with the FastDrivers all the time. This will not only increase customer satisfaction but also increase sales.
- The system will replace the error prone paper based work. This will increase the integrity of the data. The back office processes that are done by staff of FastDrivers will be replaced by automated processes. In turn, FastDrivers will gain more profit from business as the data handling quality will increase significantly.

3.Major Functions of System:
The major functions of the system are as following.
Login: The system will allow the customers to login to the system. The system will collect input from the website and store it into the database.
Registration: For the customers who purchase service for the first time will register into the system and generate user id and password.
Service booking: The customer will book the lessons for a specific day and time. During the booking, the system will check whether the user input date is valid or not.
