Case Study: Mayfair Restaurant – Expansion Project

For the completion of this project, the area was first assessed and then the process for the initiation was discussed with the owner of the place. The place was to be analyzed and changed into a secondary location for the restaurant. The area had been used as a storage place for another user and had recently been leased to the owner. There is a floor area of 1200 m2 where new water supply is to be added and subsequently worked on the floor and the walls. The complete redecoration of the work needs to be completed for the owner. Apart from this, the owner requires the floor to be divided up into 2 portions and install a TV in each of the rooms. The owner also requested a lobby area along with sofa to be installed on the floor. This report consists of the various planning documents which are to be needed for the completion of the project within the timeline.
