In order to attain experience for good future at the stage i decided to invest most of time in organisation finance department to understand basic knowledge regarding finance and accounting and that organisation which is mainly Deals in accounting for other firms and also provides financial analysis suggestion regarding company financial problems

In order to maintain a healthy work life, I prioritise my commitments and responsibilities properly. By doing so, I am able to allocate sufficient amount of time to my personal as well as professional works. After prioritising, I set some working hours for each and every task which I am supposed to do and make sure that the same has been completed within the provided time. This helps me to save time for my personal things. Along with this proper management of finance and workplace also helps in marinating a healthy work life balance. As an employee, I prefer doing following things which guided me in making a balance between my work life and personal life. These are:
- Focusing on my strengths that what I am capable to do and outsourcing others. In other words, if I am not capable enough to perform a particular task, I outsourced that and saves time.
- Prioritizing my task from most urgent to least urgent and setting work hours for each of them helps me to manage my time to a great extent.
- I keep a positive attitude towards everything and everyone, communicate well with my co-workers and respect their opinions and responses.
- Making the best use of technology facilitates me to manage my finances, work meetings and personal relations.
At one of our conferences, I used following protocols and conventions while communicating some information to a stakeholder:
- Graphical representation of the data, that helps in providing clear understanding of the complex information to the shareholders and other people.
- I prefer using newsletters, formal reports and memos which contain written information about the subject.
Apart from these, verbal communication protocols like talking on call and discussing the matter is also one of the most used method.
8.Describe how you maintain contact with the people in your networks.
By making it my priority to keep in touch with the people, helps me to maintain close and effective relations with them. I also use social media platform such as Twitter, Whatsapp and many more to interact with my office colleagues and other people. Attending each and every possible business events and seminars allows me to communicate with my people easily and be in touch with them. I have also set Google alerts, which notifies me as and when something happens with my bosses and colleagues. Another thing which I do maintain a contact is to be helpful for others which in a way creates a positive image of myself in front of my office people. So these are some things which I do to keep a good contact with people in my networks.
