The report is based on the management aspects for a venue. The following report has selected a sports facility located in Sydney, Australia. The sports facility is a large sized football stadium named Sydney Football Stadium located in Moore Park, Sydney. The stadium is a multipurpose stadium as it plays hosts to both professional soccer as well as rugby matches of a number of different teams both in football and Rugby.  The report has provided a detailed study of the ways and elements that is involved in the proper and effective management of a venue.

The aim of the study is to determine the different ways by which a venue is managed and the elements that are involved in its management.

The report seeks to find out the different types of plans and strategies that are needed to ensure the sustainability of the following venue in the long run. The report is important in the modern context as it involves the discussion of the different external and internal factors along with a number of recommendations that can be a game changer for the mentioned stadium in the coming days.
