  1. The system of cloud is very effective as well as cost effective. For implementing the system of cloud, the companies has to spend very less on its infrastructure. If the system id implemented once, then the cost of maintaining is also very less (Almorsy, Grundy & Müller, 2016). The providers of cloud keeps their service minimal and all companies from small to big can afford their service with less money investment.
  2. The system of cloud can be accessed through many systems, which makes the system more effective (Assunção et al., 2015). The devices that can access the system of cloud includes tablets, laptops, mobile phone, IPad and many more. This makes the system faster as the clients can avail their services from anywhere they like to and at any time.
  3. The cloud software require less number of software. For this reason the cloud service is considered as a cost beneficial service compared to all others service of Information Technology (Ali, Khan & Vasilakos, 2015).   4. The advantages that the cloud system provides is not always flawless. There are many disadvantages that the organizations deals with the implementation of the cloud. The disadvantages are state as follows.

  1. There must be availability of Internet connection for accessing the information of cloud. The user can avail those data only if the internet is available with the user (Matharu et al., 2015).
  2. The cloud service requires a high bandwidth internet connection for the user to access all its documents and data. The cloud service cannot use a low bandwidth internet connection for its accessing.
  3. The system of cloud can be slowed down if all the users use them simultaneously. Sometimes, it can be worse and the system is likely to be in temporary shutdown.
  4. The company should look at the security of the data while storing them in cloud. The company should maintain the security of data when the data are stored in the cloud system (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2016).
  5. There are some non-negotiable contracts that are provided by some services of cloud that makes using the cloud system difficult for the organization.

Advantages and disadvantages of Predictive SDLC

The system which maintain the predictive methodology of System Development Life Cycle are easily described and clearly understandable. Project requirements should be steady for this method. In this system model technical risks are lower (Gangwar, Date & Ramaswamy, 2015). This model also provides some disadvantages too. Since this model does not provide backward process, through plans should be made prior to starting the entire system itself. Once the process is done there are no turning back.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Adaptive SDLC

The advantages of the adaptive approach of SDLC is it provides the user with time flexibility (Toosi, Calheiros & Buyya, 2014). Which means the user can add or change additional functions to the system even after starting the project. The requirements of the project can also be changed the same way. Implementation is the main focused area in this method.  The adaptive SDLC also have some disadvantages as well (Tung, Richter & Savjani, 2015). This method contained some technical risk factors. It is a complicated process. Since the requirements can change afterwards, the budget can also vary.

With keeping all this advantages and disadvantages in mind the recommended approach for “My Health Record” is the method of Adaptive SDLC. Because in this way the system can be changed and optimized according to the requirements of the customer.
