Furthermore, this has been analysed that the culture of Apple Inc Company is not up to the standard and this affects the entire brand image of the company as the employees feel mental pressure and they are not being able to perform in an appropriate manner to gain more competitive advantage.

Steve Jobs has helped Apple Inc Company in managing the innovation in an effective manner. The products of Apple have influenced the work performed by him and this has positively affected the lives of many individuals as well (Fayolleand Wright 2014). Steve Jobs created a positive impact on Apple wherein it has been seen and noticed that he wanted the followers to be adoptable to the changes which are made by him and the vision of achieving the success in the future is the best thing which was offered by Steve Jobs in the organization. The view of Steve Job’s on process and innovation is such that as an entrepreneur, Steve Jobs tried to implement the different technological advancements before two months of the other competitors in the entire market.
